Package 1: Listings Video

From just £169*, we will create a professional walkthrough video of your clients property. This is delivered via a secure Google folder whereby you can download and use the video as many times, and in as many places, as you like.

Package 2: Listings & Social Media Video (most popular)

For just £199*, you'll receive the 4K Horizonal Video (as in Package 1) and you'll also benefit from an engaging vertical video for your social media channels. Given the rise in digital influence within property sales, this additional video is a fantastic way to easily reach a larger audience and build your authority as a digital-first leader in the industry.
Again, both of these videos are delivered via a secure Google folder where you can download and use them as many times, and in as many places, as you like.

Package 3: Property Photography
​
As we’re primarily a video-focused company, we don’t currently offer stills as a standalone service. However, it can be added to our video package, where we capture the video and take the stills during the same visit.
Property stills are an additional £55 per property, with properties over £600,000 being £75 due to generally having more rooms and unique features to capture.

These images are tastefully edited and delivered via the same secure Google folder as your video, where you can download and use them as many times, and in as many places, as you like.

*please note: to add your own business branding to a property video (i.e logo to the intro and outro) there is an additional fee of £15 per package. Properties over the value of £500,000 start from £209 for package 1 and £229 for package 2, due to the size, number of rooms, complexity and additional time involved.
